The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro Price Leak

Leaks have surfaced online that reveal the potential price of the Pixel 7 and the Pixel 7 Pro. These leaks also indicate the possible release date of these phones. Although the MadeByGoogle event is only two weeks away, many leaks have been trying to give fans a sneak peek at what to expect.

A tweet by Artem Russakovski (@ArtemR) revealed new information that gives the fans possible pricing for the upcoming Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. According to ArtemR, the Pixel 7, having three colorways, Snow, Lemongrass, and Obsidian, may be priced at $599. The Pixel 7 Pro also comes in three colorways, Obsidian, Snow, and Hazel, and may be priced at $899.

The leaked prices are likely the base prices for the phones with the smallest storage sizes, and they could increase for higher storage variants. However, these prices are lower than many expected and match that of the Pixel 6 series. Therefore, there may be a potential decrease in prices for google’s flagship phones.

According to Google’s first impression video, which teased the preorder date, many believe the device will start shipping a week later, which means the release date would be October 13. However, according to recent speculation, the production may have been delayed, and the devices will ship a week later, on October 18. Due to the different release dates in these rumors, they may be groundless.

These rumors have also given further information on the design of the Pixel 7 series, which reportedly has not shifted far from its predecessor, the Pixel 6 series. The significant difference is on the rear of the phone, where there is a slight difference in the camera visor, which is placed slightly higher than in the previous series. There is also a featureless glass because Google has cutouts for the cameras.

Some camera specs were also leaked that speculated that the selfie camera of this series may have an 11MP camera, and the primary rear camera may have Samsung’s 50MP GN1 sensor ad Sony’s IMX381.
