The Realme 10 Pro series finally has a global launch date. After releasing it in China last week, the company has decided to launch it globally next month. Realme India has also announced that the new Pro will be debuting in India on December 8. The series is expected to include two models, including the Realme 10 Pro and the Realme 10 Pro Plus.
If the global phones are consistent with the Chinese variants, the Pro Plus will most likely be a higher-end model. The phone is expected to use a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 chipset and will have a large 6.7-inch display. The screen will be curved on the edges and have a 120 Hz refresh rate. There will also be three storage models, which will have up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
On the rear of the Realme 10 Pro Plus, there will most likely be a triple-lens rear camera setup. The primary camera will have a 108MP lens, and the selfie camera will be 16MP. The Pro Plus will also have a massive battery as the Chinese variants come with a 5000mAh battery with 67W fast charging. This is a step up from its predecessor, the Realme 9 Pro Plus models, which only had 60W fast charging.
The cheaper model of the two, the Realme 10 Pro, is expected to feature an LCD on the front with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 695 SoC, making it powerful enough to compete with some of the best budget Android phones. The camera setup of the 10 Pro includes a 108 MP primary camera, which will be coupled with a 2MP secondary camera for optics. The selfie camera is the same as the Pro Plus model at 16 MP.
The battery of the Realme 10 Pro will also have the same battery as the Pro Plus, at 5000mAh. However, the Pro only has 33W fast charging, meaning it will recharge slowly compared to the Pro Plus. In terms of pricing, the Realme Pro Plus is expected to cost around CNY 1699 and the 10 Pro at CNY 1599.
Realme is known to produce excellent flagship phones, and the new one is also highly anticipated worldwide.
