Some quick-eyed tech enthusiasts on the internet caught onto the new ASUS Zenfone 9, which is their brand new compact flagship. This new information was leaked through a now removed showcase video.
This video by the Taiwanese manufacturer was shared on Youtube before it was taken down, and some eagle-eyed fans were able to note all that the video revealed. It looked to be an official ad for the Zenfone 9, which showcased all that the phone had to offer.
However, it is possible that the video and the specs mentioned are not final as the video was taken down. According to the video, the new Zenfone 9 will sport a 5.9-inch display, and it will have a front-facing punch-hole design camera. This screen will also have a 120Hz refresh rate.
The phone is expected to use the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip, which is the same as the ASUS ROG Phone 6. It also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. This sensor is named the ZenTouch.
The fingerprint sensor is built to be within the power button of the phone, but the new ZenTouch feature can be accessed from the right side of the device. You can run your phone across the touch button to scroll up and down on the phone.
The cameras on this phone are also quite impressive, as they are the Sony IMX766. The ASUS Zenfone 9 also includes a 6-Axis hybrid gimbal stabilizer. The ASUS Zenfone 9 is also expected to be available in 4 colors; white, red, black, and blue.
Although the video did not reveal all the details of this new phone, it may be one of the best Android devices ta this price. There are not a lot of compact phones available on the market, which is why this phone may be a best-seller among them.
