Motorola Razr 40 Ultra To Come in Different Colors

2023 is all about foldable phones. Just after the launch of the Pixel Fold, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is the next foldable phone in line. The phone and its expected specs have leaked a few times, but a new set of images have just hit the internet, giving a clear look at the phone. These renders suggest a massive cover display and multiple colorways. These images were leaked by Evan Blass and seemed to be the official renders of the upcoming Motorola Razr 40 Ultra.

The images show the phone from different angles. In some photos, the phone is folded, while in others unfolded, giving customers a good look at the phone. The star of the show is the main display and the prominent cover screen, which shows off the name of the phone and almost confirms it. The most exciting discovery from these new renders is the three colorways of the phone. Departing from the usual silver and white colors, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will come in Barberry, Black, and blue colors.

Motorola has been known to collaborate with Pantone to release phones with exciting colors, like the Magenta of the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion. Still, it is unclear whether or not this is a partnership. The images also show off the textured back of the Barberry colorway, hinting at the fact that it may have a vegan leather finish similar to the Edge 30 Fusion. Given the recent leaks for both devices, the Razr 40 Ultra and its yet unnamed cheaper counterpart, the phone must be close to launch.

Leaked specs for the phone suggest that the Ultra model would be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, having 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It is also possible that it may have a dual camera setup nestled within the 3.2-inch cover display. The cameras will likely be 12MP, and the cover display is expected to have a resolution of 1056×1066.

Customers will likely not have to wait too long for the launch since a Lenovo exec stated that the phone will be launched soon. The rumored date for the launch is June 1, so time will tell if the phone will come sooner rather than later.
