Redmi Reveals Note 12 Series

Redmi recently revealed its brand new flagship lineup with four different models. These models include the Note 12 Discovery Edition, the Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro +, and the Note 12 5G. The company considers this series a huge step forward from its predecessors.

In the Note 12 lineup, Redmi aimed to enhance the photography experience by using Xiaomi’s AI Image Solution. This AI-powered software allows the software and hardware to work in perfect synchronization and improves photo-capturing speeds. The image stabilization has also been improved. The new software also allows excellent night mode shots and reduces overall photo noise and color retention.

The top model in this lineup, the Note 12 Discovery Edition, will feature a 210W HyperCharge, allowing the 4300mAh battery to work extremely fast. You can charge your battery up to 100% within 9 minutes.

The phone is expected to go on sale on October 30 and will only be available in black color. The retail price is expected to be $331.87.

Looking at the Note 12 Pro series, the Note 12 Pro + will offer the same sensor as on the Discover Edition, which is the Redmi HPX 200MP. The resolutions, however, will vary. This phone will also feature a Film Mode, offering five new filters and frames. These will have their own variation of color tones, vignette styles, and grains.

The Note 12 Pro +’s display is also super impressive. It supports 16000 levels of brightness auto adjustment, classic and paper reading modes, and low blue light eye protection. You also get PWM 1920 Hz tuning and a large OLED display. The company claims to have reduced the chin even further to offer customers a more immersive experience.

The phone uses a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC chip, the same as in the Discovery Edition. It has 5G support and dual SIM, and you also get WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. The Note 12 Pro + also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a multi-functional NFC.

Another great feature of the phone is the 500mAh battery that you can charge using the fast 120W HyperCharger. This phone will come in three different colorways, including blue, black, and white.
